A man in Singapore, who had been prescribed Viagra, was found to have been selling fake drugs to a group of patients.
The victim, who is believed to be around 40, was seen walking into a shop and found to have bought fake drugs for the same group of people.
Mr John Smith, 62, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and selling a counterfeit drug.
He told the court he was buying drugs from a pharmacy and had been selling them to customers in Singapore using the online service www.lloyds.com.au, which is operated by the Chinese drug firm Pfizer.

Mr Smith said: “The website is not operating in Singapore and it is not being used by the customers.
“There is no evidence that Mr Smith has any knowledge of using the website or selling the drugs.
“The court will decide whether the evidence is sufficient to sustain a conviction and will order a retrial.”
